Availability of Materials

At Willpro, we understand that sourcing specific high-quality steel grades can be challenging. That’s why we offer the option to keep steel in stock and actively monitor inventory for you. This ensures immediate availability and minimises delays in the production process.

Our extensive machinery

Our production facility is fully equipped to carry out every step of the manufacturing process in-house. This includes:11 milling machines, including 5-axis CNC machining centres (up to 2 metres), 5 grinding machines (up to 3 metres), 3 automatic saw machines (maximum diameter 400 mm), 1 CNC lathe and 3 loading robots that enable fully automated machine operation, ensuring a continuous production run of 8 to 16 hours without interruption.

High mix, low volume production

Our flexibility is driven by our high mix, low volume production process. This means we manufacture a wide range of products in small batches (10-100 pieces). Our machines are equipped with zero-point clamping systems, allowing us to switch between products quickly. This enables us to respond swiftly and efficiently to customer requests.

Digital innovation

In addition to advanced hardware, software plays a crucial role in our production process. With MKG (ERP), SolidWorks and Edgecam (CAD/CAM), and Filemaker (tool management), we closely monitor every aspect of production. Additionally, we have developed our own software that integrates ERP, CAD/CAM, and our machines. This enhances reproducibility, minimizes errors, and speeds up repeat orders by storing setup data. By automating administrative processes and providing full transparency via the iPad, we work more efficiently and reduce lead times. This way, we are building a future-proof and innovative approach to metal technology.

Quality control & certification

Quality is always our top priority. We have a climate-controlled measurement room equipped with a 3D CNC measuring machine (2 × 0.8 metres) to ensure the dimensional accuracy and quality of our products. Our quality management system is certified according to the NEN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, guaranteeing consistency and reliability.

Collaboration with partners

For processes not carried out in-house, we collaborate with a wide network of reliable partners, such as hardening specialists. This enables us to provide comprehensive support in the production of your (machine) components.
