Investing in a measuring machine Hexagon Global 9.20.8.
In our new building, we strive for an even smarter and more efficient production process. To further optimize our production process and to guarantee our quality, we have invested in a CNC measuring machine with a measuring range of 2000×900 mm. The Hexagon Global 9.20.8. is equipped with a rotary/swivel probe that can also scan.
Data is stored and available
Programming is done directly from a 3D solid using the powerful PC-DMIS software from Hexagon. The measured data will be stored and can optionally be made available to our customers in the form of a measurement report. The delivery of the machine will take place as soon as we have moved to our new production location, in October of this year.
In short, accurate measurements and optimization of our measuring process! Our next step towards Industry 4.0.
