Willpro has a large stock of this material available in various sizes. This material has a delivery time of approx. 4 to 6 months. That is why the stock of steel is monitored, based on the planned purchase of the customer, so that there is always sufficient available and that it is reordered on time.
Production and heat treatment
For each product, Willpro makes its own 3D production drawing based on the customer’s drawing. Do you have any doubts about handing over the drawings? We only supply to manufacturers and always sign a confidentiality agreement, so your drawings are in safe hands.
Based on the 3D production drawing, the material is sawn and processed on the CNC milling machines. The knives are then heat treated, this heat treatment ensures that the products have the correct hardness and wear properties. After this heat treatment, the knives are processed to the final size. This is done by grinding or CNC milling.
OEM and storage
As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), we can provide the knives with the logo and features of our customers, so that it looks like it is their own product. After providing the company features and a final inspection, the knives are stored in our warehouse or delivered directly to the customer.

In general, other suppliers have a long production time to produce these blades. Due to the aforementioned delivery time of the material and the complex production process.
